Bill
Dogterom has served as Associate Professor of Pastoral Ministry and
Spiritual Formation at Vanguard University since 2000. In addition, he
was the pastor of Foothill Christian Center in Glendora, Ca. for 27
years before resigning in July of 2006 to devote himself more fully to
the pastoral care and formation of the students at Vanguard. Bill and
Judy, married for 31 years, make Mission Hills Community Church their
home and have three amazing sons and one daughter in law. |

Roger Heuser is Professor of Leadership Studies at Vanguard University
with a passion to integrate spirituality with leadership. He serves as
a consultant and retreat facilitator for religious organizations as
well as an adjunct professor at Fuller Theological Seminary.
Roger holds a Ph.D. from New York University, a M.A. from Trinity Evangelical
Divinity School and a B.A. from Trinity College and has co-authored
several church leadership books including: “Leading the Congregation:
Caring for Yourself While Serving Others”, “Managing the Congregation:
Building Effective Systems to Serve Churches”, and “Caregiving
Leadership: Empowering Others to Care”.
Roger and his wife Gayle reside in San Clemente, California.
