Sharon Noble – Children’s Pastor
Sharon has been married to her sweetheart, Matt, for 24 years. They live in Irvine with their fivechildren: Abigail (20), Andrew (17), Hannah (15), Ethan (13) and Joshua (10) - all of whom have been raised in children’s ministries! Sharon’s desire is to see children develop a relationship with Christ at a young age that is founded in God’s Word and to equip their parents for the great task of raising their children spiritually. She has been at Mission Hills Community Church for about two years serving the children (infants-6th grades) and their families. She is delighted to see the growth in the Children’s Ministries, here at MHCC, and looks forward to continuing to support families as they train their children to follow Christ.
Sharon has worked in the field of Education and Children’s Ministries for over 30 years. She began as a teen volunteer serving in the nursery, small group ministries, camp ministries, Missionette programs, music and drama programs and Sunday School. Sharon graduated from Vanguard University with a BA and a California State Teaching Credential. She also has received a Masters in Education with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction from California State University Fullerton. After spending 6 years in the Brea-Olinda School district teaching in grades 1st – 6th, she was brought onto staff at Newport Mesa Church in Costa Mesa as the Early Childhood Director in 1990. In 1996, Sharon assumed the Director of Children’s Ministries position until October, 2004. Under Sharon’s leadership the Children’s Ministries department doubled in their numbers of children and NMC became a model church in children’s programming, organizational structure, team development, and age-appropriate environments.

Brittney Frost - Childcare and Resource Coordinator
Her love for children came at a young age as she grew up in a family of five. She gave her life to the Lord at seven years of age and has the same desire for other children to know the Lord passionately with a fever to serve him as well. She is continually growing in Christ and loves to worship! She is a nursing/childhood development major at Orange Coast College and is excitingly waiting to see what the Lord has in store for her career. She has been attending MHCC since 1999 and is engaged to her high school/college sweetheart Billy Hinzo~they plan to get married in January of 2011!

Stephanie Longcob – Children's Ministry Assistant
Stephanie was saved at age 24 after being invited to a women’s Christian conference by a neighbor. It is her desire that children learn God’s word at an early age and hide it in their hearts. Stephanie and her family have been part of the MHCC family for the past 9 years. She’s held multiple positions at MHCC including Sunday school teacher, Early Childhood Director, Resource Coordinator and now Children's Ministry Assistant.
