Following pastorates in Huntington Beach and Laguna Niguel, Pastor Mike became Mission Hills’ pastor of congregational care in July of 2008. Mike’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and graduate degrees in Biblical Counseling. Mike is a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor with the International Board of Christian Counselors as well as a Licensed Professional Pastoral Counselor with the American Association of Christian Therapists.
He shares his life with his bride, Cindee, and loves spending time with his children and their spouses! Mike’s favorite “indoor sport” is reading, and his outside interests include snorkeling, parasailing, working in his garden, and walking his pug, Churchhill. He is also passionate about the Lakers, U.C.L.A. team sports, and the Angels (the ones that play baseball in Anaheim).
Mike and Cindee are grateful for the opportunity to serve the body at Mission Hills and look forward to many years of ministry here at the church! |
